About the Event
Come apart for a creative prayer as you learn to use simple watercolor techniques as a language of prayer. There will be an opportunity to use the sacred circle (mandala) as a starting point for reflection through art. The mandala in an ancient prayer form represents the dialogue between the visible and invisible, earth and heaven, the conscious and unconscious. Silence, inspiring music, and suggested reflections, are some of the avenues that will help participants connect with the Sacred Spirit as they pray using personal art expressions. No previous art skills are necessary.
